To lead a hospital panel, you need to be a member of Alcoholics Anonymous, 1-year of continuous sobriety, attend the hospitals orientation, and 3 consecutive business meetings.
New members must attend orientation. This will include information for both hospital and institution commitments.
To lead or attend a panel in an institution, you need to be a member of Alcoholics Anonymous, 1-year of continuous sobriety, attend the institutions orientation and 3 consecutive business meetings. A clearance is required for the facility you are going into as well.
